Day 22/30 – recovery

Today was a 3 mile recovery run. Not in a strict training regime sense, more that yesterday’s post was brought to you by the letters b, e, c, k and s. And the number 4 (well, vier). Hydrated with a swig of fanta, I did an odd route by changing my mind about where I was going every 5 minutes. Despite (or perhaps because of) the chaotic approach, I still ended up with a hill in the middle. I also did this morning to the accompaniment of Audiofuel’s Juneathon mix, it’s not quite my normal cup of tea and a lot of concentration had to go into keeping my feet to the beat.

I have also attempted to blog via my phone in preparation for my Juneathon relocation at the end of the week. It didn’t work.
